Perifit is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my body

Using the Perifit exercises helps to get more control and strength in my Pelvic muscle. And it brings fun to the exercise so it is inviting to do it every day.
My Perifit is an established part of my weekly routine.
I feel stronger and more able to run without concern.
It's good to feel more in control of my body.
The exercises help me naturally develop more awareness throughout the day.

Just begun using the Perifit plus. Seems fun and effective fir strengthening pelvic floor muscles. Hope to use it daily and improve with stress incontinence and a slight prolapse

I have known I should do something about my pelvic floor for years. Now I have! Using my Perifit most days is really starting to make a difference to how much control I have of my bladder and I feel really positive that I will ‘fix’ the problem and stop it coming back if I keep using it. The feedback it gives about the quality of the contraction is so helpful and the gentle increase in difficulty keeps working you harder but without making you feel like you can’t do it. And the funny little games keep it interesting. Brilliant.
My sister bought me this as I didn't understand exactly what it was about, thinking it could be a sex toy ! However I have to say it's seems scary at first to use such a thing, I am so glad I take the leap of faith. Now my libido is rocketing, I feel strong and I love the confidence it's giving me when I jump, laugh or caught. I feel 10 years younger.... i love love this. It's your me time :)
I find the positioning of the peri fit tricky! I don't get it always right. I go to do the games and it isn't correctly fitted. Annoying!
I purchase the device but I dies not work as I expected. The calibration was done 3 times and it lies because I relax my pelvis while it shows the opposite.
I want my money back.
As I have only just started using the Perifit, it’s a little early to say how effective it is going to be long term. However, I have seen an improvement already and am confident long term I will be giving a 5 star score. It is very easy to use too.
I found the Perifit easy to use. The variety of games keep it interesting and the more you use it the more new games get added. I would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with their pelvic floor.

Easy to use, takes very little time and seems to be working, based on the app feedback. I don't have a leakage problem because I have had a mesh inserted but I think it's still good to have these muscles exercised.
I have looked at the ads for this product for so long, coming up on my social media accounts often and thought, I really should get one of these. I thought that the price was a little bit of a barrier - but Perifit is worth every single penny!!! I regret not getting Perifit when I first saw it. If you are having continence issues do not hesitate to try this product - has made a really big difference to my life and my confidence.

I thought I would give it a try, I am very glad I did, It is amazing fun to watch the bird try to catch the insects. I need to practice flying the plane.
Love it! Never been able to isolate the muscles before. This makes it easy. And it’s fun! Can’t beat that for the win!
After a couple of weeks I was able to do jumps/ burpees at the gym with no leaks. Amazing. The games are fun. This is my second Perifit ( I had an old version) when ivdd we stopped using it my pelvic floor problems returned, so it does require consistent ongoing training.

It’s a great device that gives visual feedback with games for pelvic floor training. The only improvement would be to incrementally increase duration of each workout based on progression, rather than starting at 8-10 minutes for someone who’s pelvic floor doesn’t have good strength. Also the calibration is good but it’s probably also better to keep it incremental so that newer users aren’t doing too much too soon.
